Student Complaint procedure: 

Formal procedure:

Students have rights to appeal any complaints that involve teachers, students, and/or staff. The student who wishes to make an appeal should submit Student Suggestion Form to the Student Service Administrator. Student Service will review the Grievance and bring forth the issue to the Hearing Committee.

The Student Service Administrator has the responsibility of examining the complaint and dealing with the involved parties on a one-to-one basis. 

Students with academic grievances may consult the individual teacher involved and then, if necessary, the Chief Academic Officer. If a grievance not satisfactorily resolved, the student may appeal directly to the Evergreen Academy team member for a final resolution. 

Complaint procedures and due process exist to keep a healthy environment in which proper Academic conduct can be maintained. Thus, EA deals with such matters according to educational principles, and not in a manner that brings division and factions. 

A student that has a complaint may also do the followings: 

  • Use the suggestion box provided on the campus 

  • Have counsel with the Director of Admissions 

  • File a complaint with the Student Service Administrator

  • File a complaint online under Student Service section”
